Privacy policy

1. Who we are

This website is run by Insight's founders, who are registering the company Insight Healthcare Technologies LLP. Insight is practice management software for therapists in India.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website. If you use the Insight app, its own privacy policy and data processing terms also apply, and you accept them when you join.

3. What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your email, your type of practice, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, your city, how many clients you see in a month, the tools you use now, and a note. We also record whether you ticked the box to get news, and the tag in the link you came from, if there was one.

We use a Cloudflare Turnstile check to tell people from bots. Cloudflare handles that check.

We keep the tag of the link you arrived from in your browser during your visit, and send it with the form if you join.

We do not use advertising tools on this website. We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, where visitors came from, what they click and where the pointer moves, how far they scroll, how far they get through the form, and their type of device and browser. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, is not linked to your name or email, and never sees what you type into the form.

4. Why we use it

We use these details only to contact you about the waitlist and early access. We email you news about Insight only if you ticked the news box, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us.

5. Where it goes

Your request reaches us as an email, sent through Resend. You get an automatic reply that does not repeat what you typed. Your details are also saved to a private Google Sheet that only we can open, so we can contact you and honour the order people joined in. Resend may keep copies of emails sent through it.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, serves this website and may keep standard technical logs. Our own logs hold only a request number and the result, and no names, emails or phone numbers.

Some of these providers may handle data outside India.

We do not sell your data.

6. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, ask us to erase them, and withdraw your consent. To do any of these, email grievance@insighthealthtech.in.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date.
