1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Insight, practice management software for therapists in India. Insight is run by Insight's founders ("we"), who are registering the company Insight Healthcare Technologies LLP. By using Insight, you agree to these terms. If you use Insight for a practice, you confirm that you can accept the terms for it.

2. What Insight is

Insight is a tool for running a practice. We are not a healthcare provider, and we do not give clinical advice. The care you give, and your relationship with your clients, are yours alone.

3. Early access and the free trial

Insight is not open yet. You join through the waitlist. The free trial lasts 14 days.

No card is needed to start the trial.

What happens after the trial: we will tell you before your trial starts.

4. Plans and prices

Insight has three plans, set by the number of active clients you have. Current prices are on the pricing page. During early access, we set up your plan with you, by hand.

5. Payments from your clients

Online payments go through your own Razorpay account, which you connect to Insight. We never hold your clients' money. Razorpay's terms and fees apply to those payments, and Razorpay decides when the money reaches your bank.

You are responsible for your Razorpay account, for the fees you charge your clients, and for any refunds you owe them.

6. Your responsibilities

Keep your login details safe, and give us accurate details.

Use Insight lawfully.

You decide why and how your clients' data is collected. Get their consent, and handle their data as the law requires.

Meet your own professional, registration, advertising and tax duties.

7. Your data

Your notes and your clients' records are yours. We process them on your behalf to run Insight, under our data processing terms. You can export each client's record as a PDF or a ZIP file, and your client list as a CSV file.

8. Using Insight fairly

Do not try to break Insight, get into data that is not yours, or use Insight to send spam or to do anything unlawful.

9. Changes and availability

Insight is in early access, so it will change. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Insight at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

11. Law

These terms follow the laws of India.
