Founding prices hold for your first six months on monthly billing, or your first year on yearly. The first 100 therapists on the waitlist keep them for 12 months. After that, your plan moves to the standard price shown on its card. We tell you a month before it changes.
Every plan has booking, forms, notes, payments, reminders, the client portal, and import and export. In-app resources grow with the plan: 5 on Starter, 12 on Practice, and all 20+ on Practice Plus. Practice adds practice reports when they ship. Practice Plus adds priority WhatsApp support, and later an assistant login and custom resources on request.
The bill follows the month. A month under your plan’s limit bills at the smaller plan. A busy month raises the bill only if one of the two months before it was also over. A month with no clients seen is free.
Pay for ten months, get twelve. On yearly, a month with no clients seen adds a month to your year.
